#Build the merchant profile around high-value reservations

Anguilla's villa and premium hospitality transactions can be larger and booked well in advance. Republic Bank may need to review cancellation terms, refund exposure, fulfilment, fraud screening, average values, and international-card mix.

Ask for written confirmation of:

• Powertranz/FAC as the issued gateway.
• Direct or HPP mode.
• Test and live Merchant IDs and passwords.
• Approved transaction currencies and settlement account.
• 3-D Secure and risk controls.

Run tests on mobile and desktop from outside the staff network. Check an approval, decline, 3-D Secure challenge, cancellation, network interruption, retry, duplicate callback, and refund. If the business plans to collect a later balance, test the precise approved mechanism and consent language.
